How the Night Works

Kick things off with a relaxed mingle. Drinks are not included, but are highly encouraged! Craft beer, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic options are available for purchase directly at the venue before and during the event breaks. Settle in, get comfortable, and get ready before the rounds begin.

We keep things flowing so you don’t have to overthink it. Each round includes a fun icebreaker, and our host guides the room so everything feels smooth, upbeat, and never awkward.
Quick, Real Connections
You’ll spend a few minutes with each person, just enough time to catch a vibe before rotating. It’s light, fun, and way more natural than sitting through a full date.
Match the Ones You’re Into
After each round, you’ll mark “friend,” “date,” or “none” on our simple matching system. If it’s mutual, we’ll send you each other’s info the next day.

Safety & Liability
By attending, you agree that participation is at your own risk. You release Sips and Sparks LLC, our team, venues, and partners from liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after the event, including from interactions with other participants.
Photography & Social Media
We may take photos and videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed and having your image used in our marketing materials.
Don’t want to be in photos? Simply let our event host know when you arrive, and we’ll make sure to respect your privacy.
Refund Policy
• 1+ week before event: Full refund guaranteed
• Less than 1 week: No refunds or transfers, but we may be able to provide a discount code for your next event, depending on the circumstances
• Medical emergencies only: Within 1 week, we’ll issue a one-time refund for illness, medical emergency, or death in the family with proper documentation
